Well...after a 2 year drought of not landing a single interview I got one. (ok, so I had one phone interview in the past 2 years, and then the company strung me along for the next month before rejecting me...but the point is it's been a while)
The guy ended up calling me within 30 minutes of when I submitted the application. I wasn't ready for it at all, but managed to do ok. The job posting says they're looking for someone with 2-5 years experience, and I only have a 3 month internship under my belt...so I wasn't expecting to be considered (much less be called).
So yeah...interview on Monday at 9.

I don't have a car with me at school (yet), so I'll have to call a cab out there so I can get there on time (I can take the bus back afterwords). The challenging part is gonna be getting up at 7 or 7:30 when my suitemates like to scream on xbox live til somewhere between 2am and 4am each night.
With luck, I'll have a job that pays enough to cover student loan payments, a car payment (my '87 Mercury Lynx is on its last legs

,) rent (and related expenses...like food) so I can move out of the dorms, and still have a little left for other stuff.
It's nice to win every once in a while. Getting a job and a place that isn't the dorms has been hanging over me for too long.
