Voting Procedure (English version):
There will be two rounds of voting via the on-line form on the site. Voting procedure starts after the showcase of the last contest video. All Pros of all registered teams take vote, as well as the members of a specially chosen jury, which consists of famous AMV creators and active commentators. You can sign up as a judge in this topic: http://amvnews.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?p=213834#213834

Nota Bene 1: A Pro can not vote for his/her Novices' videos. In case a Pro does vote for his/her Novice all his/her votes will be canceled.
Nota Bene 2: There will be no penalty for NOT voting in the first round. As for the second round - if a Pro did not vote in the nomination where his/her Novice participates, then the number of points scored by that Novice is reduced by the maximum number of points possible for the nomination concerned (notice, that it can make a considerable difference in the distribution of finalists’ rating positions).
Nota Bene 3: "Novices" contest participants can not take part in voting.
