You were at AX last year Vlad? Well darn, I didn't get to meet you :(

I've not been to enough cons to really talk about regularity... I was at CN Anime in 2002-2004, AC^3 2004-2006, ACen 2009-2010, AFO 2009, AX 2010...

The future seems to hold Anime North (a con I've been meaning to go to for 10 years in a row and keep missing for some reason), definitely ACen, and possibly AX, AFO, NDK, AWA next year. Now, probably I won't make all of the above, however some of these are quite possible.
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Naka-kon - (Kansas City) - 2007, 2008, 2010 .....I try to go every year now...lots of improvement....local con

Anime Festival Orlando (Orlando) - 2009, 2010

Anime Cental (Chicago) - 2010

I've gotta admit...Naka-kon is stepping up quite a bit....I find it more entertaining as the years go by....last year was bad ass. Anime Central is HUGE (for me).....meaning a lot of people. I found it less enjoyable. AFO was pretty damn sick in 2009.....a tad less enjoyable in 2010. I might hit ACEN and AFO one more time (probably not this year)....and I want to hit up Ohiayo-Con, Anime Boston, and AWA some time....

Anime Central (Chicago) - 2006-present

I actually just recently got my room reserved for 2011's con, and hopefully this year I can enter a video or two.

I've been to Anime North, but I've never really experience a real CON. I use to live near Toronto so I didn't stay the weekend.

I would love to "Geek" it up one day! Maybe when my son is older.

I've been to:
Portcon (2009)
Anime Boston, Otakon, & Another Anime Convention (2010)

Of those my best experience at the con itself was AAC, something about the social dynamic there really worked well for me. It was laid back, friendly, and there were plenty of things to do.

Simon's Rock is my Alma Mater, I had no idea it ever had an anime convention (sounds like it only happened once :( ). I really wish I had been there to see it.

Llamacon was run by dokool (the guy who did the deathnotepad thing @AAC) in 2006: http://www.animecons.com/events/info.shtml/942 - They didn't have anyone else that had that much drive to keep it going after he went back to nihongoland.

Also, glad you liked AAC

AX - Fills my large con needs, and I like to support my local con
AWA - Only con like it IMO, like to hang out with a lot of editors I don't generally see, best con for atmosphere
Yaoicon - Wife loves it, I work for it
Comic-con - No Anime con will fill the needs this con does
Botcon - Only when it's in Southern California but hell it's a Transformers Convention
