I wanna do some wilderness survival. I used to camp and live out in the Russian countryside a lot, but since I got to Canada, never really got to do much of that... I miss it.

Who will we call "Dr." first?

Oh, probably dwchang. He's got his dissertation proposal already accepted iirc, while I'm still on the tail end of my coursework/exams. Plus I'm really not in a rush, so I don't think I'll be done for another 3 years or so.

I am a prostitute. I actually just got back to my hovel after working with another fussy, whiny client.

None of them are into experimentation. They don't understand -- or just can't see -- that a little bit of risk might be able to reap great rewards. No, it's just about putting out the cheapest service you can, and fuck the long-term effects.

Some cool jobs and future plans here.
Shoot I'll probably end up working at a pizzeria.
Though I applied at a Record studios nearby as an intern, love music especially hip hop.
Also I'll be working on the set of Matt Damon's Film, Contagion.
The shooting's happening in my city so I thought, why not. :)

Up until last week I was a Network Administrator for an Outpatient Mental Health Care Company (official title was Computer Technician, but I basically did Network Admin work) but due lack of hours, adequate pay, and chance for advancement I had to move on. Now I'm currently a Help Desk Analyst working for an IT Outsourcing company that also maintains large data centers. They specialize in hosting and supporting enterprise level software suites and the like. When I look at the data center which from time to time I'll get to work in/on I kinda want to cry tears of joy. All their employees basically start out in the Help Desk and then have the ability to advance to the engineering teams within 1 year. I'm aiming for the Networking team within 6 months.

I'm still a freelance author, freelance video editor, and freelance code monkey. I've been getting into voice acting as well.

. never had time to nail-down just one job:
up-until 1979, Channel 9 TV news video editor ( made a few commercials. )
1979 - 2009 A.S.Army N.G., switched to U.S.A.F. active .. only to end-up . . teaching the Navy "Curcuits Science"
2009 - present, Truck Driving OTR ( Hazmat and Military loads. )

never lost touch with TV-9; they've moved to a different location but, its still the same basic people.
. as for teaching the navy; those were some of the craziest times of my life -- you couldn't pay me enough to ever forget such fun ^__^

I would like to be a music video director. Let's see where I will end when I'm done studying. I don't think that I can make a living of doing only music videos. Especially at the beginning. There is still a lot of other interessting stuff to do.

Oh well I almost forgot that I work at a cinema. lol

I got a promotion today. Soon I will be a projectionist at my cinema :dino:

Amen sista! Right now, I don't haz car, and have nothing within reasonable walking distance. That, and. liek you, with military husband, I don't want to pursue a long term career. XP And, also in the same boat, he can support me just fine. Though, once I get related obligations out of the way, i will be opening up art commissions. not that that will get me much, unless I get insanely popular (which I srsly doubt), but it's something. *^_^* Until then, HAUSFRAU POWAH!!!! |:> :awesome:
