For the square things at 0:42, just use text and put in "-------------------------------" then make it move across the screen. Simple. I just finished doing that effect a few seconds ago. ^^

YEAH LOL i know now^^and actually u can do that with cookie cutter as well^^at time when i posted this topic didn't know but yeah actually to do that effect with masking as explained here it's really troubling^^better cokkie cutter or as you said spicemasters easier way xD
