i especially liked watching anime like Spice and Wolf, Bokura Ga Ita, Clannad, Kanon, Ef, Suzuka, Detective Conan (not a romance but that show is just fecking addicting!! )

kissXsis and school days, lol
(these two are a joke btw, they contain the elements you are looking for and a whole lot more you are probably not looking for :p)

well, both clannad and spice and wolf have sequels so you can start there, as for others

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - just cause it's awesome, little bit of romance in there although it's mainly comedy.
Ai Yori Aoshi - definitely romance, with some comedy/drama as well
Toradora - very good romance/comedy/drama series
Zero no Tsukaima - mostly comedy with some romance/action as well, again, very fun series
ah my goddess - almost the definition of romantic comedy, one of the few that i actually really enjoyed

oh don't worry, the title pretty much describes exactly what you'll be watching lol. it's funny (although i think the manga is better), but don't expect anything deep and meaningful

Like I said, FMP is mostly action but has comedic/romantic undertones.
Full Metal Panic Fumoffu, however, is comedy (very little action)

Well I highly recommend it. I actually just finished watching the two full seasons the other day, and I'm probably going to wait for the Season 3 OVAs to be dubbed until I watch them. Personally its really rare for me to just completely fall in love with a comedy anime (as in giving it a 10/10) but School Rumble was the first to impress me that much. ^^

Even though it's not a comedy or adventure, Kimi ga Nozomu Eien. Horridly depressing romantic/post-traumatic drama.

I'm always gonna promote Eureka Seven, but is that too old? R U looking for "new" meaning recently published or new meaning you've never seen it before?
Almost as hard as fighting a Holy Paladin.
