If you're asking about putting a song you already have into your editor, then importing it the same way you bring video in should work.

If you're asking about where to get songs in the first place, the only advice we can give is to use the original CDs, or a purchased download (like from Amazon.com or iTunes). Asking about where to download footage or music is against the Forum Rules.

well .. there are many ways of doing it.
Working with Video, even FLASH, sometimes requires an Editor.

Virtual Dub works on AVI files and lets you add Sub-titles and WAV's to your video
.. its free and has some handy Video filters too.
DD-Clip 2010 LE finally came-out with a System-7 update to work with up to 13 Audio tracks
at one time. ^_^
. It is best if you edit your audio in an Audio Editor ( unless you have DD-Clips ) and there are
a few free ones out there which are quite good. Just save your Project as 24 bit 48k stereo
and the editor will do the rest for you.
. CD and DVD Rippers can make your audio file into a wav or mp3 for you.
. DD-Clips will do the same.
. Virtual Dub needs to be told what you want it to do, and it will do it.
All three are available -- free of charge and no-bugs nor watermarks.

Once you have your Video and Audio the way you like it, the next step is to Compress Everything both Audio &
Video to a small enough size for being uploaded and shared with others. By that time, you will be looking for the
FAQ's available at this ORG and it will be waiting to help you 24/7
