Err Clip Download Question *don't kill me*

I'm new to this kind of thing and every website I get on Google search turns up a broken download or just a video that my computer is too retarded to download. I'm really looking for Shugo Chara clips right now, but honestly any website that has valid high quality clip downloads would be just awesome. I hope this isn't already on another thread... thank you very much!

It's against the org <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=289">Forum Rules</a> to ask where to download anime. We encourage people to support the industry and buy the official release. I see it's a little harder in this case since it appears the dvds haven't been released outside of Japan. Regardless, I can't really offer more advice on this other than importing the dvds from Japan.

We're gentle and naive guys... so we tend to tempban on the second or third offence for requests.
If one was to link warez or such, though, we prolly would instaban (might still be on a case by case basis...).

I totally would buy the DVDs but they're not out in America yet and I don't see anyone dubbing Shugo anytime soon... *poof of smoke and disappears*
