Looking at your image i'd say it's because the file is larger than the 100MiB limit. Unless the video is 1080p or over 15 minutes long it has no reason to be that large. That's poor compression on your part.

Yep, that likely is the reason. I suggest exporting as lossless (or dv-avi/very high quality wmv if you're using windows movie maker) and then using zarx264gui to encode. Read ErMaC & AbsoluteDestiny's Friendly AMV Guides Lovingly Overhauled Largely by Zarxrax for more info.
