How old is TOO old?

Post by TEKnician » Tue Sep 14, 2010 6:38 pm

Using old songs is considered gauche or wierd by my real-world buddies. Some old songs are still popular and some are classic never-to-die songs. People are still buying Frank Sinatra CDs, Downloading Michael Jackson songs, and teasing frickin' Chris Brown while listening to his tuff.

Is there a time where if you wait too long to use it, the song goes into the care home? :nose:

Absolutely not. I've personally used songs from not just fairly recently (and I define that as being back to the mid-70's), but also the 1940's, and even one from the 1860's. Use whatever music you want, no matter how old it is.

I think that really depends on who you ask and who you're making videos for. There's a lot of people who hold the opposite view, that no new music is good - and good music died around 1975. And I know that for a fact because I used to be one of those people .__.
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…
