That's what I thought at first, too. Then I read the following more closely:

"Your videos must be submitted on one of the following media formats: directly emailed to AFTV@AnimeFest.org, a link to download your video emailed to AFTV@AnimeFest.org or a CD/DVD mailed to the mailing address below."

Thanks for being quicker on the draw with that answer than I was, Mister Furious! All you need to do to enter a video is shoot me an email pointing me to your link here (or wherever else it may be linked) will be sufficient, I'll come and get it.
