Agree.

Just got done with some 4v4 comp stomp action with RL friends tonight, one of them went to bed so now I am back to campaign for the time being.

I'll add anyone who posts on this thread with their info.

If you don't know how, here's where to find your friend code!

1. Log in to StarCraft 2
2. Click you friends list in the bottom right hand corner
3. Click "ADD FRIEND"
4. If a dialogue box pops up, read it if you want and then hit OK, optionally clicking the checkmark to never show it again.
5. Now you will see several options, including a box in the top right of that window that shows you 3-digit code.
6. Now click "ADD A CHARACTER FRIEND"
7. Two fields are available, Character Name and Code. Enter the name and code for the person you want to add, then hit OK.

You're done adding a friend, now. You will need to give anyone who wants to add you the name and code. For example, my name is Garylisk and my code is 260. Many people type it out as Name.Code, so I am Garylisk.260 |:>

Oh OK I gotcha. I have CE myself so it's all good :). The art book is fantastic!

As for IDs, is giving the e-mail sufficient or will that give my realID? I'm kind of paranoid about that. If it was just Blizzard I wouldn't be, but this is Activision we're talking about...

If you give your email address, that's your RealID.

If you don't want to give that out, you can refer to my previous post on how to get your character code.

3-digit code? It's assigned to you, you wouldn't have picked it.

Diggin' campaign mode so far.. thanks to nightly 4v4 comp stomps and work, I've not been able to finish it... friends of mine have and they are like "OMG finish it so we can talk about it."

I just finished the Zeratul missions, and I have to say...
Spoiler :
...that while I am not annoyed by the introduction of the Hybrids as a 4th race (Possibly Zel'Naga, or something that came from them?) it does seem like a sudden and convenient plot device to lead to Kerrigan being redeemed. I am sure this will be quite epic, despite my current thoughts that it seems so obviously set up. The Protoss' last stand with continuous Zerg waves was truly awesome.

I don't know why I waste my time with 2v2 Randoms atm when my friends aren't online. You get placed against Arranged Teams half the time, and the other half my partners apparently have never played RTS games before and I have to carry them ... or usually just lose.

Yeah I only play with friends and we properly placed in Gold. We're slowly working our way towards Platinum (Rank 9 atm).

As for 1v1, I lucked out and placed Platinum. I guess I should actually say it was bad luck because I don't belong there and have lost every game since. Only got in because my placements were against folks who didn't know what they were doing while I played the Beta and know the basic build orders. I should probably be happy, but I'm not since I don't like being massacred and not learning things.

Watch the replays in those games you are losing and see how they build. It should be good experience and information for you, albeit a bit boring to slog through.
