i think thats called "card dance" or something similar, in Adobe After Effects.

You could also do that with Sony Vegas Pro, I believe. But it would take MUCH longer if you want that many. =/

Yeah, you can do that in Vegas Pro. With Parent/Child tracks. I did a lot of it in Agnes and in one of my adult vids.
