One of my older videos (for some odd reason) was posted in a military discussion board.

I found 'You Are' posted on Youtube about a few times here and there.

Considering it seems to me that a lot of Military personnel are anime fans, that doesn't surprise me.

Dax is correct. Anime kills time. You have LOTs of time on deployment.

Probably from living right off of one of the largest military posts in the country and seeing just how many anime fans there were in the area... O.o

Both Ileia and Kionon are right... Though my husband is no longer in the military, hence the move away from Texas.

Oh and I know at least 4 members of this site who have either been in the service, or are still in the service, NOT including my husband.

There might be more. If I count myself, I can also think of four.

Is that including non-American militaries?

Somebody on the Tube just told me they saw my Risky Safety "Whatevah" video playing on all the TV's in their local Wal-Mart's TV department, as though it were on a DVD. I am completely weirded out by that.

The way I was introduced to AMVs is pretty similar. About seven years ago I was in Suncoast, and was playing on the TV.

That's pretty cool. Nice to know some amv-loving employees are out there ninja-ing this stuff in the TV department. :D
