I grab 1995, with NGE.
Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Evawhore. (ism) :amv:

I'll look around for a song.

Edit:
Bands I have in mind, Deftones, Opeth, and Dark Tranquillity.
Really leaning towards Deftones, because that would be an easier edit and probably easier on the majority of the viewers ears.

Lol, sounds good.

Remember people you need to PM me a sample of your work............As I said, I'm saying this on every page now.

Edit: Still working on banners but haven't had much time to work on them, I have two I'm working on at the moment. However, if someone wants to make a banner, do so and I'll add it to the list.

I might be interested in '93. If I do, it's probably going to be Ninja Scroll.

You might as well just sign me up for 1993 and Ninja Scroll. I'll likely do a song from Kyuss' Blues For The Red Sun. However, I don't think I'll be able to start it right away; so I'll probably miss the 1st beta deadline.

That's fine, since I'm not even planning for this to be finished for months I'm not being too strict about the betas........It's really more to make sure people will be able to meet dates and actually are working on their vids.

Re: Bridging the Gap: 20 Years in Anime *8 Spots Open*

Fuck! Why did Grave of the fireflies come out in 1988 and "We Didn't Start the fire" by Billy Joel come out in 1989.

Edit: I just got a idea. I would like to have DBZ (1989) and use the song "Toy Soldiers" by Martika. The reason why I want this is because my birthday is July 26, 1989, and this song hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 list during the week of July 22, 1989 - July 29, 1989. I'm going try to use footage from episode 13 of which coincidentally premiered on July 26th, 1989 (the day that I was born). This is too much of a coincidence for me to pass up.

I won't be able to send you a beta for about 3 weeks though. I'm actually pretty swamped with MEPs at the moment.

A sample of my work? you mean just anything? I don't really understand why you would want me to PM you a sample instead of just looking at a random video on my org profile........or even the banners in my sig..........but whatever. I just sent you a link to my Gunslinger Confessions AMV. Out of all my AMVs, I think that its the one that's most similar to the one that I'm about to do.

It's to give people a chance to show me what they believe their best vid is. I can't wade through several vids of a person's work and their last vid/vids aren't always their best. Sorry if it seems a bit...dumb.....but it's really a way to cut down on my work when I can go through several PM's of people trying out with their best/favorite vid as opposed to going through 5 amvs of a single person. So yea, people gotta do a bit more work cuz I'm being lazy as hell lol.
