Exporting With Premiere CS4

Post by Toshi.des » Mon Apr 26, 2010 3:53 pm

With CS3 I used to always export my video using Huffyuv 2.1.1, but with CS4 I can't seem to figure out how.

When I export media I am brought up to this screen and to select a format:

When I use Microsoft AVI I can't modify my output frame size, it stays at 720x480 when I am using 848x480.
I want to use a lossless format but the only one I could think would do that was Uncompressed Mircosoft AVI the problem with that is everytime I have used it no video player can view the video.

Currently I have used H.264 which allows me to scale the frame size to anything I want, but from my knowledge it still compresses the film, and is originally designed for HD.

If anyone knows how to export with Huffyuv 2.1.1 again in CS4 or anything better help would be much appreciated!

When you select Microsoft AVI, there should be a video tab

You can change the codec and frame size there.
