The list of things in the AMVApp:
AviSynth 2.5.8
AviSynth Plugin Pack
AvsP 2.0.2
DGMPGDec 1.5.4 (newest version: 1.5.8)
VirtualDub 1.8.8 (newest version: 1.9.8)
Xvid 1.2.1 (newest version: 1.2.2)
Huffyuv 2.1.1
Lagarith 1.3.19 (newest version: 1.3.20)
Lame ACM Codec 3.98.2
Zarx264gui 1.16 (newest version: 1.3)
Adobe Premiere AVS Plugin
Pismo File Mount & AviSynth Virtual File System

I listed the newest versions because of one thing: sometimes these are important, particularly concerning XviD and Zarx264gui. There's also some niceties about the latest stable version of VDub, too.
