Importing .psd in After Effects as compositions (editable)

Post by Bauzi » Fri Mar 19, 2010 6:41 am

Hey there,

I played around in AE with the importing functions and found out that I can import my Photoshop files as compositions. That's quite nice, but as far as I tested they're not editable. I know that I can import single layers too and they're dynamicly editable in Photoshop, but is this possible with such imported compositions too?

With Production Premium or Master Suite it should be possible through Dynamic Link. Though most of my .psd's have only been seq repaints.
