Dar was menacing me so here it is...ANN Manga Version Description wrote:In a high school recently turned from all-boy to coed, Misaki Ayuzawa, chairwoman of student council, battles "stinky and dirty" male students every day to protect the few (20%) females in school. Off campus, she works hard at a maid café to supplement the income of her household (as well as leftover foods) after her father had deserted the family -- whose action contributed to her hatred toward males. However, Takumi Usui, a handsome guy (and a heartbreaker of many girls) accidentally found out her double identities. She thought the entire school would know by the next morning, yet he kept her secret away from others, making her even more suspicious of his motives.

Re: Kaichō wa Maid-sama!
Anime is going to get released this spring, so I pre-emptively created the topic. I just took the description out of the manga because ANN didn't have a description for the anime itself yet, but one would think the description would be close enough between manga and anime for it to be fine...post-it wrote:. ? .. why are we refering to a Manga Slide-show instead of the DVD/Anime release????

There's a new awesome face in town.
Just hoping the anime is as entertaining as "skip beat!" was.

"The people cannot be [...] always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to [...] the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson

so long as the anime isnt another one of those 12 ep filler series. although it should be as those are usually the fanservice ones.
