Heroman

Creating this topic since the official website is up now, along with a promotional trailer.
It is said that it will most likely be out in April, so we can expect a sub around then (hopefully.)

An American kid named Joey lives in an urban city & has always wanted to become a hero. Unfornately he's just an orphan working part time to support his grandma and himself. After he watched a toy commercial on a new robot action figure, Joey believe he'll gain strength if he obtains one. The only robot toy he can get his hands on is a broken one that was abandon by a rich school bully. Feeling pity for the trashed action figure, Joey took it home to repair it. Little did he know, that once he repairs the toy, it'll make his hero dream become a reality.

You can find the promo video by going to Menu > Movie.

Judging by the promo, its looking really good so far. I hear that FLOW is singing the ED, as well (and I'll just guess that the song played during the promo is the OP, but I could be wrong.)
'Looking forward to the release of this one soon!

BONES is doing it, I'm expecting a "meh" non-ending to an otherwise enjoyable series. :|

This is a typical life-changing-intervention-of an-outside-force-that-alters-destiny-of-boy-who-likes-girl-and-wants-to-look-cool-for-her-but-is-interrupted-by-villain(s)-that-get-defeated-and-saves-girl-and-world
look

Otherwise known as totally lovable.

I just wish the girl looked a little cuter so as to make a better match for the boy. I like couples who look compatible and good-looking.

Dunno, I think they might make a good couple. =]
Also, is anyone here besides me seriously looking forward to seeing that Scientist guy in the anime? Every time I watch the trailer, I get all excited over seeing him in scenes. :'D (He just seems really awesome.)

He seems like the funny-awesome type. Almost like he's cool once you get used to his personality. I'm expecting him to live alone and that he had a wife or family at one time, but something happened. I predict he has a soft and quiet side hidden beneath his comical exterior. But even if I'm wrong, he actually does look pretty cool.

If you're right, I'll love him even more. :'D xD
I'm really looking forward to this! Especially the giant mech-bug battles. :3 'No doubt that they will be animated really nicely! ^_^

I might be a little wary of this seeing as it has some American storywriting ties.... this coming from an American who is making anime >____> But I'm also really interested in seeing what will happen with it.

Stan Lee has his fingers in this one? My two favorite past times, Marvel and Anime, colliding? You better believe I'm watching this one! :awesome:

Stan... don't disappoint me :nono:

This might be a little late, but was anyone else thinking, "Ben 10" when he had that thing on his arm?

Oh, that reminds me, is BONES going to make it so that the boy can turn into the robot, or are they going to keep him separate?

I'm pretty sure they'll be seperate beings, seeing as in the trailer Joey is watching the toy Robot grow and expand before his eyes.
And uh, Ben in Ben 10 had a watch. o_o Joey's got some beastly controlling device. If anything, it reminded me of Xam'd.

Wait, his name is Joey? Wow, I've never heard that name come up in any anime before. What's the girl's name?

Wait, never mind. I just re-read the site. "Risa" is such an over-used name. She looks more like a "Sophia" or a "Jessica". Just when I thought that this was a unique anime! >.<
