Higurashi AMV HELP

Postby Kiriko123 » Thu Feb 11, 2010 3:52 pm

Hey, I'm new here and I made a Higurashi AMV with Michael Jackson's song, "Scream" and I wanted to upload it on this site when I read the regulations on uploading a video. I got a little hesitant since a lot of the scenes contained characters getting brutally beaten on the head by a hilt of a cleaver, beaten to death by the baseball bat or thick pipe, and little girls getting stabbed with just blood spraying out, and there's also a scene where another little girl stabs herself repeatedly with just blood spraying out. However, the part where the girl gets stabbed was half-censored by a black fog with just a shot of her head and blood spewing from underneath. That goes same for the shot of her bloodied corpse except with the top half being censored. At the end of my AMV, there are just shots of corpses all bloodied and nothing else. Just pool of blood. All of these violent scenes just have blood spewing out, and no innards or decapitation or dismemberment being shown. I already send this question and my video to the administor and his/her response has yet to come. So I ask you, do these violent scenes count as "excessive graphic violence"? Please answer this ASAP.

And what are the other examples of excessive graphic violence besides innards exposure, decapitation, and dismemberment?

I myself have seen numerous Higurashi AMVs on local so afaik it should be fine. But I could be wrong.

Sounds acceptable, especially with censoring.
