I'm not trying to subdue your artistic wisdom, but I really don't see that combination working well at all. If you think it will work go for it, but I don't see it happening.
This is the second time i've questioned someone source usage in this thread

No, ONLY TRIGUN... or others. You can't use a bluesy, down to earth feeling anime like Afro samurai with this upbeat pop punk music, it doesn't work. You gotta look beyond the scenes you'll be using when deciding if a song is right for a certain source brah.

Stop being so bossy, let him try. We all see things differently.

PS. Hagarens track is lookin pretty good and I didn't think that source combo would fit either but he's using some pretty meaningful scenes.

Okay, I updated my beta and looked at everyone else's. I think I finally have something passable for an intro. 22 seconds to go. Is there medication for an addiction to eye zoom masks? I promised myself I wasn't going to use any this video but one seems to have snuck in. Two if you count the monocle.

Eva: You got rid of the good lip sync? Shame, but it's up to you. But the rest of the video seems to have a general lack of internal sync. Every few seconds something happens on beat but on the whole it seems a bit disorganized. There are lots of explosions and aggressive action type things happening without a correlating beat to give them the punch they deserve.

Viper: I daresay SE was a good choice for that track. But, you've got the same problem Eva had with too much lip sync. Badly done at that. You should use more meaningful scenes for that stuff like the one at :22. Don't lip sync if you can do something that actually matters. The screen slide transitions could be a little better done as well but if it were me I'd just take them out. But you could have something here. Keep it up.

Kaze: I kind of really really want you to update. I like what I see but I can't say anything solid about it until there's more.

I know, I need to get restarted on it.

But right now I have a 2 page paper to write, so I'll edit as soon as I am able to. :|

Well, I had a snow day today and found myself with some free time. I downed a focalin, closed all my IM programs and banged out the last 22 seconds of my track. It's up on the server now. I may tweak 2 or 3 minor things but please tell me if there are any I haven't thought of. I'll submit my 4:3 huffy when the MEP is ready to be put together.

Yeah, when does night plan on making something? He'd better hurry or he'll be beaten to the finish by Blain. That's not a loss I'd take gracefully.
