Hip-hop ain't dead ...
...it just moved north of the boarder.
I was creeping the forum and noticed a bunch of ya like hip-hop/rap/rapcore. Thought I'd post a few bands that're from Canada. Our rappers never really get out of our boarders so I doubt any of you even know they exist, so I'm posting this to say: "Yes, there's a hip-hop industry in Canada."

Don't worry, all the links are to official channels and what-not.
Now, like I said chances are unless you live in Canada you didn't think we'd have a industry at all. I'm interested to know exactly what you think about listening to rap from Canada. It doesn't exactly fit our nations identity from the perspective of someone from another country, does it?

Guy, I thought we discussed you not being representative of anything to do with Canada. Including it's music.

Once again you have over estimated my memory. I don't remember that at all ... but it probably happened.Ileia wrote:Guy, I thought we discussed you not being representative of anything to do with Canada. Including it's music.
I don't mind rap from different countries, so feel free to post some hompages and what not. Just no American bands, unless they're underground.
