I'm looking for a song about leadership. It is inspirational and pertains to rock, instrumental, pop, maybe jazz, or some other category like techno or trance. Whichever category, I just want some recommendations.

Some of the songs sound good, but I'm still looking. I'm trying to find a song that in the lyrics talks about the courage someone has in reaching their potential OR the efforts and hardwork someone puts into someone else so that they reach their potential. The beats would also sound pleasing to the ears.

Anymore suggestions?
