Trouble opening script

I get this error message when I try to open my avisynth script in VirtualDub, "AVI Import Filter error: (Unknown) (80040154)"

It's been a couple years or so since I last ripped a DVD... should I reinstall AMVapp?

Do you also still have the same version of AMVapp you had when you last ripped a dvd a couple years ago?

Thanks. I think what I did, though I can't remember for sure, is that I updated something independent of the AMVapp and it created an inconsistency somewhere that messed with the .d2v. I uninstalled everything and installed the new AMVapp. It works fine now.
