30 seconds is waaaaayyyy to long ... make it at least 1 and 5 at max and let the editors do more cuts then just one scene and i might be in. 24 hrs is enough ... don't need 2 days for that.

And first post is updated, and 30 seconds is removed down to 8. And remember, you don't have to use all 8 seconds just as you don't have to take all 2 days.

8 is too much considering final video ends up at a bit over a minute.

The final video won't be just over a minute. Some songs I've considered go up to 2:00, and even in the upper 2:30. I haven't decided on a song yet anyway.

Well guys, I think I've gotten enough interest gauged to really put forth the effort into getting this started up in January.

I'll have a sign up thread in the next day or so so you can pick your dates and I can get the spreadsheets and flowcharts functional. I'm also gonna cut it back down to just one day. I realized... "Damn. If they can't edit 8 seconds or less in 1 day that THEY PICKED THEMSELVES, then something's wrong..."

I'm thinking of getting everything functional by January 8th or a little later than that.

ALSO, I'd love a co-coordinator to help me in a way that I helped Douggie in the first MEP. Just somebody that could take over if something comes up on my radar and I'd need to take a short day or two off. On the job training would be given.
