He's here by the will of some members in the MEP. It's not breaking any rules. Yes, he's being harsh, but that's criticism. Deal with it. Take what's beneficial from it and ignore everything else.

I wonder who that could be.

But no, I don't think anybody is freaking out about the critisism [ok, maybe TC just a lil], I think it's more about the way in which it was posted.

I beleive that TC had made it quite clear that he didn't want outside people beta testing it, and somebody [ ] disregarded that wish and sent it on to nio anyway.

Really, that itself was childish [not what Nio said or did, but the person that sent it/ and basically did it to stir up shit].

I'm not disagreeing with Nio in the least, I just think this thread needs more tact.

Ok, I'm done now, going back to blowing shit up in Saint's Row 2. |:>

My question still stands. Should I focus on the tansitions? OR should I give my track 4 another go?

Seeing as how track 4 was completed a long time ago....with what I have learned since then, I could probably make that track better.

I did some heavy thinking last night. And I came to the conclusion....we've come this far......taken this long.......let's make sure it's good for how long this has taken. So, let's not spoil the moment and rush this.

As stated earlier. I'll be using some new sources I haven't used before.

Evangelion: 1.01
You Are (Not) Alone.

Or I will Be using:

Murder Princess.

What does everyone think?

I am in favor of a new fourth track, especially since the other editors are (possibly) helping with the transitions.

lol, I'm barely a member of this mep anymore. Ever since I dropped from coordinating, i've told TC and other members that my feedback is just there to give you guys perspective. I'm no longer editing in this mep or leading it. It would be stupid of me to think that my opinions have much authority anymore. That's why I only come back and say stuff when other members of the MEP ask me for my opinion.

As former coordinator, I do have the respect of quite a few members of this MEP, but ever since I dropped, it has never been my goal to come in and tell you guys how to do things. However, other people from outside of the MEP can give feedback and it's up to you guys if you want to listen or not. The reason why I have chosen to not say anything is that when I was coordinating with TC, people would often bypass him and go straight to me with their betas. I didnt want the same thing to happen when I was no longer a coordinator, especially since one of the reasons i dropped was so that I would have more time to deal with other projects and it would cause problems if someone from outside the mep was coordinating it.

I could've stayed behind the scenes and told people what to do, but that would've been shady. So for anyone that thinks that I'm behind the scenes making Niotex come after you guys, keep your theories to yourselves. If I actually cared enough about the project, I would be in here myself telling you guys what to do and not having Niotex do my bidding for me.

My avatar basically sums up my feeling about this mep and how some people are being a bit overdramatic and over the top just a bit.

I think what people forget when they all get serious about an mep project is this: It's just a project which consist of people who all love doing the same thing - editing. And I'll say this. While there might not be transitions that will be entirely perfect, regardless of how it's finished, I will still be proud of it when it is released.

Hear hear!!

On that note. I will commence editing a new track 4. Bare in mind that I will still be working on transitions. In terms of the new beta's I have been sent. I will be looking at them shortly and give me feedback here in the thread.

No more outbursts from me guys. It's all fun and business now. Let's get to work XD

Uggghhhh....I'm getting quite frustrated.

My stupid DVD Decryptor won't friggin rip Rebuild Of Eva. it stops at 1,367KB Transferred and then won't transfer anymore and just sits there and retries and retries.

So, if anyone can help me rectify this problem, I would be much appreciative.

Try installing anydvd and having it open while ripping? I've always used this program and never had problems ripping stuff.
