Media offline, how to reset path

Hey guys... I have a very annoying problem...
I had to reformat my computer and therefore the location of my files changed... sadly i didnt have enough time at that moment to look for all the missing files so i left them offline. Now when i restart vegas it just keeps my footage offline without asking me to look for it...
I tried to go to project media > right click > replace but when i do so nothing happens... what to do? ; ;

nvm it was a codec issue ^^; forgot to install amvAPP
