Thanks for the feedback guys, wasn't expecting people to like it as much as you have. Any way, this will be the last one, I don't really want to derail the thread any more than I have already, sorry to the admins.

A comparison between last year and this year.

2008-2009 Org-tan was designed to look more mature and be more serious. I tried to stay away from making her clothing fancy as I wanted to represent the clean design of the site. She wears glasses because at the time I believed the org gave a lot of insight into what they said and the overall maturity was fairly high compared to many similar sites. Of course, I didn't really know jack about this community.

2009-2010 Org-tan is more flashy, younger and less mature. Dresses up because she cares more about visuals. Often angry, and less reserved than her 08-09 counterpart. Of course, this is just fanart so there's nothing canon about it >_>

Thanks to Driftroot and pink haze for creating the logos to base these character off.

Compared to a lot of other sites I visit, a-m-v.org is pretty mature.

You could substitute "2004" and "2005" for the years you gave and still not be far off.

Of course, people who joined somewhere between when I did and when you did will probably say the same thing about other pairs of consecutive years.

Yeah I kinda get the feeling as each year passes we begin to look upon them with nostalgia. I'm still just a newbie on the forums so I don't really know everyone (or even most people) in the community.

Also, I'm not intending to imply this year sucks or is filled with jerks (though it could be :P) it's just my interpretation of how things have progressed in a year as I've become more familiar with the community as a whole. The great thing about this is that it's simply doujin, so the characters can really be viewed upon however people like to. I just added descriptions because I felt they explained my thoughts behind their designs.

Any way, sentiments aside, would anyone actually seriously be interested in seeing some yuri between the two? I wouldn't post it on the org but if people are keen I guess I'll draw some.

Y'know - i just noticed this last night, but the color of the new logo when viewed from the corner of my eye keeps giving me that splash of orange near the top I associate with the built-in pop-up blocker firefox has. I keep thinking I have a PM.

08-09 org-tan looks like she still owns the place while 09-10 org-tan has the expression of "Who the fuck is this bitch?!"

Pas next drawing should be... CAT FIGHT! :O

Yes Pas draw more (I hate you but I love your art). In fact, make a separate thread for it.
