Amazing episode, animation quality remains top-notch and seriously the story is really drawing me in.

Can't decide if this or Bakemonogatari is my fav of the season, but I'm really enjoying it.

Yup i can now see why i am a typemoon fan boy |:> episode 6 kept me wanting more of the canaan goodness. All the main characters had some good development it seems the story is going to take its main push now instead of giving you the setting and getting the characters motivated.

Episode 7......oh god this episode was pretty badass and intense! 8-)
Spoiler :
Hell, this played out like your typical American blockbuster action-thriller movie with stealth bombers, computer hacking, fake surveillance footage, and they threw in some bullet-time action of Canaan. And all of that ended with this:

Though at the very end of the episode, it seemed Canaan lost her powers.

Maria to Canaan: "I just want you by my side........so please, don't leave me."

Please don't let anything happen to them! :(

Oh yeah, stuff happened dealing with that mute chick Hakko. Definitely has trauma for killing that boy when she first spoke in that flashback.

I've started watching Canaan and Bakemonogatari since they first aired. And I must say, while Bakemonogatari has unique art, I find Canaan much better (so far.) I can hardly watch past episode 3 in Bakemonogatari. Everyone says that it's epic, and I'm seeing all these spoiler pictures. But when a new episode is released, Canaan is released at the same time, and I would much rather watch Canaan than Bakemonogatari. But this isn't a Canaan vs. Bakemonogatari thread, so...

I think this series is eeeepiiiic. It, in a way, reminds me of the series Baccano! There's something to love about every character. I can't get enough of it
The storyline is great, and it's so easy to watch without dying, unlike Bak-- nevermind =P
Overall, awesome-awesome.
