So i was working on my AMV but orphan frames started to pop up every 2 seconds of the video =(,So if can anyone help me here?And i'm using sony vegas 8.0

Zoom the timeline in until you can clearly see every frame, and shift the clips accordingly until you don't have any more orphan frames. That's about all you have to do to fix orphan frames.

This can sometimes happen if you are using footage where every frame isn't a keyframe.
