Okay, I guess we're at a point where less and less people are joining in, as well as a week has been over after the first post has been posted. We will start soon, probably somewhere in the second week of August - maybe sooner.

So here's a status update from my side. As for now, I've done the following:
- Created standard PMs with instructions for the editors who's turn is about to be
- Created an Excel sheet with all kinds of administrative stuff
- Created a bunch of checklists

And here's what I still need to do:
- Have the final decision about the song
- Create FTP-accounts and test them (which is a real pain in the ass)
- I'm also searching for a co-coordinator who can take over my task in the times I'm not available to do so
