Although, I feel I should say something: I'm worried that your MEP is too ambitious, considering you don't have any videos released on the org, and you might not have enough experience. There is ALOT of tech involved in making an amv correctly, let alone facilitate a collaboration. My advice to anyone who wants to make a MEP for the first time is to do a 'Pilot MEP.' Basically a small-scale MEP that lasts for the length of a regular AMV [~3-5 minutes] It would consist of a hand-full of editors that each do a small segment; and it would be up to you to coordinate the whole thing. Pay special attention to transitions, and overall flow.
If everything works out, and all the participants are satisfied with the results, you guys can go on to bigger and better things.
Let's be realistic now, nobody knows whether you can pull this thing off, so they aren't likely to spend a significant amount of time/effort towards tracks that might go to waste. So I would make a 5 min mix [or find someone else willing to make one], upload segmented .wav's that are about 20 seconds to 1 min in length [but don't cut at exact time intervals... that's tacky... and shows laziness; always cut tracks according to the major breaks in the music], then say:
"There has been some speculation as to whether I can pull this thing off. To find out, I would like to do a Pilot-MEP for HUB first. This will be something small scale, and should be easy to manage. Here are the tracks:

If everything goes smoothly, I would like to get more people to join, and we can make something bigger and better."
