What would be worse is being stuck watching fireworks with someone you'd like to kick in the teeth for being a *****. =|

But you're not with someone you like. You're alone in your room reading a book. Compared to the other endings that one sucks. Now both of you go play more endings.

Rin and Shizune are awesome. Nuff' said.

But that wasn't the complete ending...you seem to be neglecting the picnic beforehand which I stated that I had found nice. It seems I am currently toeing Shizune's path and I will state that she is cute with her fiery determination...when she's not being a bitch to Lilly =|

Hmmm... Well once you get both sides of the story things make more sense and I endedfeeling more sympathetic towards both of them.

Shizune doesn't understand how hard it is being blind.

Lilly doesn't understand how hard it is being the president of a student council with only two people, and being a deaf mute on top of that. The president has alot of responsibilities.

I didn't know about the size of the project that Lilly's class had taken on and this is what I thought while playing Shizune's route for the first time: Shizune wants the festival to be great and Lilly is procrastinating and being stubborn. Man being Prez is hard.

When I did Lilly's route: Oh that's alot of work. They both have it pretty rough.

I've always been of the standpoint that having things hard doesn't give you the right to treat other people like trash. Just "cracking the whip" and trying to get people to work is one thing, but willfully tearing down another person's character in the process is overboard and entirely unjustified. That's why I was never able to sympathize with Shizune from the very beginning.

I understand the stress that comes from tight deadlines – I work under them all the time; albeit not from the standpoint from a deaf-mute/blind person. Still, I just can't justify acting the way Shizune does in the Cold War. =\

Well that's why this is just a demo.

And have you ever had somebody you just don't like? Seriously, just because another person is trying their hardest doesn't mean you have to treat them well (well you should). Things almost never work that way in real life.

I don't even know why I'm trying to justify my choice.

Exactly that. I'm not trying to change your viewpoint or anything (or anyone else's for that matter). I'm just putting my own thoughts on the table.

'Tis how discussion happens.

Hanako is appalled

Emi finds it funny

Rin is scared? Or just surprised?

And Shizune seems thrilled?

This doesn't make any sense

Actually, the general enthusiasm, is excitement as in, "HOLY SHIT! That. is. AWESOOOOME!
Hanako="Hell yes, I was born merely for this!"
Emi="Ha, now that's what I'm talking about!"
Rin="Oh, hell YEA!"
Shizune="FUCK YEA MOTHERFUCKERS!"

You'd have to see the pics it was based on to get it =|

No. They are all obviously simply excited. End of story.
