Problems with Adobe CS3 Master Collection.

Post by Killerkittenish » Wed Apr 08, 2009 11:26 am

So.. I start up AAE, then it pops up and everything as usual, but it has little lines through it everywhere. Through the lines, I can see whatever it behind the program on my screen, as if I'm seeing through the editing screen. This is the same with Premier also, but not photoshop. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I'm about to reinstall the master edition again and see if that helps the problem. Thanks for any help you can offer.

sounds like your video card drivers need some love.

Yes. I think you're describing what's called 'Tearing'. (I recently learned about this, so if anyone knows if I'm wrong please do correct me). You can try to fix it by disabling OpenGL in your settings, or try updating your video card drivers (or the card itself if it's old and doesnt support OpenGL 2.0)
