Like all things, it depends on the situation. However, if all you've got going for you is physics defying breasts, then you'r3e probably not doing too good (we all see you hiding in the corner, Eiken). While it is funny/enjoyable on occasion, there is such a thing as sensory overload.

H abuses this particular variety of fan service, and it's perfectly fine. If you're watching H expecting a good story then you deserve what you get. That being said, your run of the mill anime would hopefully have more going for it that this, IMHFO (not that it ever is )

This is why old-school anime is better. While quite busty, even Cutey Honey and Fujiko Mine were never what I considered excessively endowed (although some latter incarnations got mighty close).

Anyways, Dragonaut was produced by Gonzo who have a predilection toward making shows having female characters with either very small breasts or giant ones. Examples: Burst Angel, Gravion (series), Witchblade, and Gantz. OK, I'm exaggerating about the predilection bit.

Well, at least if you want to practically ensure you don't have a bunch of giant boobs in your anime, then watch moe stuff. But that's a whole different can of worms.
