either way the answer is, get something more powerful unless he wants to just "draw it out" frame by frame.... even then, WMM isn't frame accurate so it would look funny anyways.

Could the Images be compiled in V-dub And put into WMM as a vid clip?

I've done something similar before to be honest (though admittedly it was a job script). I just need to figure out the timing (painstaking as that will be) and apply the effect further along in each frame (as in the flame is growing out from the center). What I want to know is if there is a more accurate way to do it than, say, drawing a reddish line around a black area, and if so, how do I do it and alter it to look convincing for each frame?

u can use the after fx's plug in "cycore burn clip" or similar,it's very useful,but there is no fire =/
