I've done something similar before to be honest (though admittedly it was a job script). I just need to figure out the timing (painstaking as that will be) and apply the effect further along in each frame (as in the flame is growing out from the center). What I want to know is if there is a more accurate way to do it than, say, drawing a reddish line around a black area, and if so, how do I do it and alter it to look convincing for each frame?JaddziaDax wrote:i suppose so... but it would still be a pain to "animate" it yourself.

u can use the after fx's plug in "cycore burn clip" or similar,it's very useful,but there is no fire =/
