Though in all honesty, I'd probably have to vote vax over myself anyway, his first videos were consistently decent to good.

GAH It looks like narutomaniac doesn't qualify >_< I think he uploaded all his videos in 2008, but cataloged some of them for 2007 =/. O well,

Only I probably am invisible...and this person too--but this isn't supposed to be a popularity contest, right?
I nominate Sugarlessbeer.
This editor has only released three videos so far, but each one points to a strong grasp on raw technique and, oddly, unity in their work. Each video looks whole, like the editor had a clear vision of what they wanted it to look like and pulled it off just as intended. Good use of effects schemes that span entire videos. Well-developed style and atmosphere. Overall: impressive design work.
