Re: What's the most recent album you've bought?

So yesterday I went to this amazing play at my school. It was some sort of modern version of Romeo & Juliet, inspired by the same titled concept album of the local prog/sympho metal band Sky's Shadow. Both band and the school orchestra were great x] (the actors as well, of course)

I loved the play and I loved the music, so after the concert I went ahead and bought the album. A shame I didn't have enough money with me to buy their other cd's, but as I saw them avaiable on their website, I guess I will buy them online soon :P

Best rapper alive, Political Rapper, Speaks the truth, Never sold out to Major Companies, Always stay Underground/Hood....Lets just say he is my idol :amv:

Out of all his songs, I recommend you listen to

Dance with the Devil by Immortal Technique

If you enjoyed that song, go ahead and listen to the rest of his stuff  if you'd like

Felipe Coronel, better known by the stage name Immortal Technique, is an [[AmericanAmerican]] rapper and political activist. He is of Afro-Peruvian and Indigenous Peruvian descent[citation needed] and was raised in Harlem, New York. Most of his lyrics focus on political issues. The views expressed in his lyrics are largely a mixture of commentary on issues such as politics, poverty, religion, social class and racism.

Although he has been offered a deal with at least one major record label, he has never signed to any. Immortal Technique has voiced a desire to keep control over his production, and has stated in his music that record companies, not artists themselves, profit the most from mass production and marketing of music.

I bought all three albums recently. All are great  .

Thanks God there are still people who buy CDs...

I can't remember, It was either...
Buckethead - The Cuckoo Clocks of Hell
or
Disturbed - Indestructible
"Wear your grudge like a crown of negativity. Calculate what we will or will not tolerate. Desperate to control all and everything. Unable to forgive your scarlet lettermen. Clutch it like a cornerstone. otherwise it all comes down. Justify denials and grip it to the lonesome end. Clutch it like a cornerstone. otherwise it all comes down.Terrified of being wrong. ultimatum prison cell. Saturn ascends, choose one or ten. hang on or be humbled again."

BB King and Bobbie Bland Live--amazing
"I got an axe handle pistol on a graveyard frame
That shoot tombstone bullets, wearin' balls and chain
I'm drinkin' TNT, I'm smokin' dynamite
I hope some screwball start a fight
'Cause I'm ready, ready as anybody can be
I'm ready for you, I hope you're ready for me"umgd
