same AMV have 2 anime in the same screen after remove one charchter from other anime video

Okay... you talking about having two characters from two different shows on top of the same background? If so just mask them out using Photoshop, Vegas, or After Effects (Photoshop being the best. Even the "elements" series allows some basic masking.)

Just take the scenes you want to have the character cut out of and erase everything else to transparent.

Actually if you know hoe to use Affter Effect, it's the best for that....

How about if I want to have 2 or 3 different scenes from either the same or different animes on the screen at once.

Think like this:

|anime #1|anime #2|

or

|anime #1|Anime #1 different scene|

I hope the above makes sense. I'm looking to see if there are best practices to use for that.

It'd help to know what editor you're using.

But usually the answer is a big fat square mask covering half the frame. (realign video as needed) and then put video 2 on a track below it.

Square mask?

I understand the idea of what you mean, the technical term confuses me though.
