At 00:57 he used the chroma keyer effect.

on Vegas or Premieres? or both? lol oh and is their a way to convert it to HD like he does?

I'm pretty sure that the chroma keyer effect is in both Vegas and Premiere.

That link doesn't work. And I don't mean the boochsack filter. I mean when you put the 'watch' link after U tube it doesn't work so that may be why no answer. Can you give the name of the vid or how to find it?
