The RWD-5bis

Or should I just write it as RWD-5

constructed by the RWD team of Stanisław Rogalski, Stanisław Wigura and Jerzy Drzewiecki

RWD, named from their initial letters..

No, the first answer was actually what I was waiting for, since the RWD-5 bis was a special model built specifically to make the flight across the Atlantic. Anyway, I still don't know what I should be opping for you... :)

@Kevmaster - your op is up. Didn't really like it. Sorry.

Yeah, happens :) Anyway, I'll probably watch and opinion it tomorrow. It's a bit late already and my head hurts right now thanks to Kevmaster's amv

OK Darush, I just finished your op. That was quite enjoyable.

That being said, there are 3 more questions unanswered. I think they are pretty simple:
1)What was the name of the polish general that died in a "plane crash" near Gibraltar in 1943?
2)What is the name of the first operational nuclear-powered submarine?
5)Who invaded Poland in September 1939?

Not so simple it seems, as this answer is only partially correct :D

There's so much wrong with this statement... First of all, Russia and Germany were allies at the time due to the Ribbentrop-Molotov packt (signed August 1939). It wasn't till after Hitler ordered to attack the Soviets (operation Barbarossa, started June 1941) that Stalin turned to the allies.

Eh, you're right, Wiki says you really got me on that one, but I'll leave it to someone else to complete the answer. #2 is the USS Nautilus. Deal? hehehe...
