I didn't expect this much from it but it was really good, I'l be following this definetly. I never thought I would hear Louise voice twice today, first in this and then in Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka :o

x2 on this

The opening and ending sold me on this too!

Both are great.

I can't wait to see what happens on the rest of the series

It's really obvious that Taiga and Ryuuji will wind up together. Did anybody else notice that Tora means tiger and Dora is the shortened form of a transliteration of dragon into Japanese? (Dragon = Doragon) And since Taiga is a transliteration of Tiger and Ryu means dragon, well you see what I'm getting at.

I think that's just how they pronounce it(how it sounds when they say it?) Not like, an actual japanese word....does that make any sense?

I.E.: Basketu-bawl?

That's what "transliteration" means. :P

And hasteroth is right, that's the meaning behind the name.

You clearly don't know katakana translation.

Also, hasteroth's "did you notice?" is straight from wikipedia.

Despite what I heard about people saying episode 2 was mainly filler, I really enjoyed this episode.

The character development and relationship progression is much faster than that of SnS or ZnT (a very good thing, considering they took seasons to even develop anything) so I think I'll stop comparing this to the other shows only because of the Tsundere character and VA.

Anyway, I'm pretty much sold on this show now, the OP was really catchy too.

The 3rd episode was hilarious
I've only seen the raw so far but it was pretty funny

Yes, that happens if you watch a raw without understanding it. :p

Ep3's highlight: link, as some may consider a pic as a spoiler too.
As for Taiga: it seems to me that Kugimiya Rie is using a bit of a different voice style for her, rather than the usual one (Shana, Louise, Nagi... heck, even the girl in Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka). Do like. o.ob

No, I'm not saying it's a great difference (not everyone can have so many various voices as Hirano Aya :p), but it still somehow feels different this time.
