vegas help?

i'm doing an FF7: AC amv in Vegas. Im pretty new to it because i usually use premiere. If anyone can give me help as how to put effects in mainly that would be great.

I'm guessing Internal Syncing is syncing the scene's flow with the beat?

Syncing to the movement in the clip rather than where you cut the clip
also known as "action sync"..
