Cillian Murphy's character is Scarecrow. He's been in both movies and I thought he made for a pretty good sub-villian in the first.

The tabloids are claiming Johnny Depp was approached about playing The Riddler and Philip Seymour Hoffman is being looked at as the next Penguin. Of course you can't really trust that shit.
