I'm using Adobe Premier Pro CS3 but in Effect > Render > has only Ellipse ...
I spend my time to find out this effect was called "lightning" but my software miss it . Can anyone help me pls . Share or give me the link to download .

You could just get After Effects CS3. That has a lightning.

What do you want to do with "lightning"?
Just brigthness & contrast stuff? Some glow? Lensflare?

In CS3, the lightning effect (you do mean lightning, right? As in the bright flash before thunder?) is under Video Effects > Generate > Lightning.

Oh . I though that lightning is the same as old version of premier Video Effects > Render > Lightning . I got it , thank for showing me
