difference leads to fear
fear leads to hate
and hate...
leads to the dark side (which is evil)

therefore, it follows that Vista is EVIL!!!

No, it follows that Vista leads to evil, which is different.

How does it lead there? Via the internet, of course.

Led me there three times in the past ten minutes.

Everyone is different. No two people are <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?v=40103">the same.</a>

Hm, i just switched to vista a little while back, and it works just as good if not better then XP. Generally speaking, i like them about the same, but vista gives you more detail as how your screen looks (though i usually just keep the 98 theme). It pretty much boils down to ur computers specs, have a min of 2 gigs of ram and ur ok. Security problems are a whole 'nother ball game ... still, i don't mind vista.

Something just occurred to me... if this is AMV related, why is it in the Donator Forum? :P

I actually have fewer editing problems with Vista than I did with XP. Go figure. :P

It's XP vs Vista related also, and I expected it to be a massive flame fest, but I have to say, I am very glad it didn't go that way.

I think Vista is crap, and I think a lot of people are going to feel like they got shafted when MS dumps it like the offal it truly is. They'll release OS7 and abruptly do to it what they did to ME.

And everyone that made such a fuss to make software Vista capable are going to realize they wasted their time, and lost a full year of sales because they added in Vista when XP would have been just fine.

I'm sure not planning to buy a whack of new hardward for this stupid Vista.
I'm just going to go on enjoying all my programs that function just fine on XP on hardware that works just fine too.

And if I do actually see a significant upgrade window in 2009, I'll almost certainly turf Vista of of whatever I buy, and put XP on it.
I might not mind OS7 if it isn't crud as well.

Somehow it seems logical that Fall_Child42 likes Win 98 :)

Every time I use Vista, I have to fight the feeling that I'm dealing with a Beryl layer of some sort. The difference is easy to spot, though. Beryl is customizable.
