Depends on what's in the clip and how good (fast) you are at rotoscoping/masking.

Makes me wonder how long it took Chiikaboom to mask out all that he did of the Haruhi dance in Attack of the Otaku...Was that, like, 20 seconds of straight out masking? o.O

haha... Mac owns. I just use the masking tool in Motion, does the job fairly quickly... yes I'm pretty lazy haha..

but yeah, photoshopping is probably your best bet. Good luck, might take a while... my friend did it with photoshop, frame by frame.... took him 3 months.. haha, but this was for school haha...
