Thanks, Buma.
I basically landed the Thursday morning after the kon, then drove to MTAC.
And I have no laptop. So intarweb has been elusive.
-Post Contest news-
Some of you who knew how to fill out the entry forms correctly from last year seemed to have forgotten how to do so this year. O_o Fortunately, all relevant data I'd need was slammed down in one form or another.
To recap: I was able to secure this year's con T-shirt as prizes for the 3 finalists, and the design can be seen behind Mari Iijima performing:

I also located the T-shirts I promised for the previous 2 contests. All will hopefully be distributed shortly.
I offer my greatest apologies to Katie; due to an uncaught mastering error, your videos did not play in synch. (currently investigating some type of sample rate snaffu) Regardless, your videos were judged before being put on a playback DVD and were judged in tact as you submitted them.
I will not be organising the 2009 contest. My other responsibilities at that kon make the planning for the contest a bit too taxing.
That role will be taken over by Buma to organise and present as he sees fit during the kon. I appreciate the support the contestants have given through repeated submissions, and I ask that you continue to extend yourselves to Buma as he continues on.
