He was one of the greatest soul singers to ever walk the face of the earth. Some of his biggest hits include:

He was so awesome! In addition to those six, I also like his cover of "Hey Jude", plus:

Ninety-Nine and One Half (Won't Do)
You Keep Me Hangin' On (very similar to Vanilla Fudge's version)

And another one I can't remember the name of.
